WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders usually ship in 2-5 days (COVID has affected timelines, so wait times may be a day or two longer than normal). You will receive an email once your item has shipped along with its tracking information - if you don't within 1-2 days, please let us know. It may take time for the post office to scan and receive it. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely! International orders ship via DHL, UPS or the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We don't have insight into that process and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you don't see your country in the shipping options, send us an email and we will try to add it.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Life is hard enough without having a shirt that doesn't fit. If you need a different size, let us know within 15 days of your purchase, at goodwerkproducts@gmail.com, and we will try to exchange your size. If we can, you'll just be responsible for return shipping of the initial shirt. If you just have buyer's remorse, regift the shirt or item to a friend! We don't have the infrastructure to handle returns - yet.
